The Greek capital, Athens, witnessed this morning, Sunday, November 13, the launch of the running marathon, which began at 09.00 am local time from the Marathon Start Stadium in the city of Marathonas, and ends with the Panathenaic Olympic Stadium. 45,000 elite athletes and running enthusiasts participated in the marathon in the Greek capital, which is the 39th edition of the Athens Marathon, which runs 42,195 kilometers to the finish line at Panathenaic Stadium.
