The return of the Super League

• I think that the world (the whole world) has been preoccupied in the past few days with the decision of the European Court of Justice regarding the right of clubs to establish the European Super League (Super League); This is the idea that the International and European Federations had objected to, leaving a murmur among European clubs, which hastened the idea’s temporary death, and that it remained in the minds of Real Madrid and Barcelona!
• With the decision of the European Court of Justice, the Super League was restored to the forefront, and the announced financial advantages exceed the financial advantages of the European Union. It creates temptations for European clubs to be inclined to participate in it, especially the Italian ones, although the decision (in my opinion) confused the European Union itself and many European national federations. So that major clubs also announced their abstention from the Super League.
• Of course, the decision did not come randomly; Because there are judicial decisions in favor of the International and European Federations that were invalidated by the decision of the European Court, and here the scope of freedom becomes clear in such international courts. The decision here allows any club to join the Super League without the approval of the European Union, because the ban here is an abuse of the authorities, and it is not permissible to prevent players from Participate in it.
• The plans announced by the organizers for the new league did not stop at all; and that
The organizing company was drawing up its plans slowly, as if it knew in advance the appeal ruling, and so they announced the dates of the match days. However, the problem is which clubs will participate in light of European solidarity. And the position of the multiple European associations despite the financial temptations!
• We will not wait for the new league soon; Because the tides will continue; But the decision itself is important; Not at the European level, but it could also be adopted by federations on other continents. When you find free spaces for litigation, the decision, in my (minor) opinion, could tempt professional (Qatari) clubs on other continents to search for what suits their interests when disputes rage!
• Such decisions can be replicated continentally when judicial spaces become possible. And the creation of tournaments that generate a lot of money for professional clubs will race to them; Usually, such judicial decisions do not stop at specific borders, but rather can extend; The sports world views any European developments as a kind of habit that can be replicated for development.
