Introducing Hertz Racing Gold
The Hertz Racing Gold livery was designed by Singer and celebrates the centenary of the Le Mans 24 Hours bringing 100 years of racing heritage into the modern era with the first Hertz Team JOTA race car.
“In designing the outfit, we wanted to recognize the past and the future,” said Rob Dickinson, Design Director and Chairman and Founder, Singer Group, Inc. “Growing up in the 70s and 80s, drivers like Derek Bell, Hurley Haywood and Jackie Ickx were champions, battling for hours in the machines capable of going over 200mph as they won races in Porsche’s golden age.Singer’s motorsports have always been inspired by us, so, on the centenary of the Le Mans 24 Hours, this gold livery celebrates all those who have competed at the highest levels of endurance racing, namely Hertz Team JOTA’s first campaign in the World Endurance Championship. And the Porsche 963’s role in driving the development of renewable fuel and hybrid technology. Spending time with this fantastic racing car gives us so much inspiration and learning. We can’t wait for the first race.”
