I left Basra, Al-Fayhaa, after the first visit that I consider historic to Iraq by Abdullah. 300 kilos of books. I thank everyone for their efforts with me. We start with the UAE Football Association for their nomination of me and the Gulf Federation for its role and facilitating my mission and receiving me, especially here its Secretary General Jassim Al-Rumaihi, the man who works silently and quietly I do not forget his standing with me and the leaders of Iraqi sports are many, especially His Excellency Ahmed Al-Mubarqa, Minister of Youth and Sports, for his interaction with me and other honorable positions that I am proud of, starting with the President, Captain Adnan Darjal, with whom I communicated before the session, and he responded to all my requests and all members of the Council, and my colleague Ahmed Al-Musawi, Chairman of the Media Committee and my companion Colleague Hussam Hassan from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, who considered his return a win for the Iraqi media. Everyone did not fall short with me in the world of Basra throughout the period I was there. And I found all the support and support from them, from the media of the session, press and television, and even the communication sites, especially the Iraqi groups, which I had the honor to join, the delegation of the Dubai Channel, colleagues Hassan Habib and Muhammad Al-Jassem, and the photographers Jamal and Ismail, who were my companions in Basra!
Before returning, I met the President of the Gulf Federation, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa, the wonderful personality, the humble man, whom he considered the most successful president of the football federation in the region to lead the game from local success to regional, Arab and international success. The Qatari Federation has many upcoming programs and tournaments, and he currently has an idea that Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa intends to present about the importance of the Gulf Cup tournaments and the extent of their impact. As some say, I was pleased with what he told me that he is a supporter of the survival and continuation of this cycle, which is dear to our hearts.
And my successful visit affected me socially and professionally a lot because of the kindness of the people of Iraq who stood with me and contributed to my joy at the Basrawi wedding. .
