This was distinguished. Today, on two occasions, the first was the opening ceremony of the advanced stadium, and the second was the opening of Gulf 9. Although the late prince’s relationship with sports was not strong, he was very interested in football, as the late prince saw this as a natural thing, given that it was the most popular sports game. The late prince stressed more than once that he did not He has any strong inclinations for any local club, but he is historically linked to Al-Ittihad Club, as its headquarters were close to his home during his childhood, which was in the city of Jeddah, but he had formed a football team with some of his friends after moving to Riyadh, and among its players was the player Al-Hilali “Al-Dabli”. And other stars of the leader in that period, and because of that he had some inclinations, as he put it, to encourage and support Al Hilal Club, and he pointed out that in his youth he was closely related to Prince Muhammad Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, who presented him with honorary membership in Al-Ahly Club, and the late Prince did not hide his strong admiration for his stardom. The player Majed Abdullah, whom he said he adores, because he is a talented player and the owner of many glories in the history of Saudi football, and with a poetic touch, he says that he loves playing tennis, walking, and swimming. Regarding his relationship with international football teams, he indicated that he historically leans towards Real Madrid, but at the same time A fan of the Barcelona team… May God have mercy on the engineer of the word!
