• The results of the first three rounds and the five-day suspension period (FIFA) were used by some local clubs to evaluate the affairs of their teams and the results they obtained, and this process is positive. When you avoid nervousness and spasms, and the evaluation process is scientific and aims to immediately correct the negatives that the team is afraid of.
• It is a natural phenomenon; Rather, say it is universal, and as long as we are satisfied with (professionalism) in training and keeping pace with the development it has reached; Especially in neighboring countries, it is an important process in both positive and negative cases. In the first case, things are strengthened, as victory covers the negatives, and in the second, the process is corrective!
• Therefore, the process of dismissals and resignations should not anger decision-makers, nor those affected by the dismissals, and it does not harm them or their history. Perhaps the boards of directors *see* things they do not see, and they are entrusted with their teams by the general assemblies, and when the resignation comes From the coach; I think he sees things that are not serving him.
• Perhaps the football street is preoccupied with the resignations and dismissals that occurred in the teams, and this is normal, as there is a lot of talk and theorizing under social media, and it takes place far from the officials in the clubs concerned and the coaches themselves, especially since there is no secrecy governing these decisions; Rather, it is marketed in the media out of respect for its correctness *(…)*.
• Club visions regarding such decisions differ from one club to another, and may not be controlled by negative results. There are clubs that are given the opportunity for a longer period to adjust the affairs of their teams with the technical staff, but there are those that have less administrative experience, so they rush decisions, and in any case, the accusations and blame only extend to the boards of directors.
• It is important that the evaluation process is not limited to the first teams (men), but must also include the category teams, which are the most important and through which the formation and escalation process takes place, and that the clubs improve the follow-up and monitoring process so that the training process comes within a *practical* strategy and not random, and that consideration is given to Technical supervisors, scientific and educational matters.
• In any case, we are still at the beginning of the football season, and the wave of dismissals and resignations will continue in the Premier and Second Divisions. Even in categories, clubs must not neglect to evaluate the administrative aspects; And the administrators themselves, because sometimes the “destruction of Basra” is on the administrative side, and the administrators are not good at facilitating the task of technicians!
