Counselor Osama Al-Saeedi confirmed that Article 60 of the Penal Code stipulates that the Penal Code does not apply to every act committed in good faith pursuant to a right established by law. Therefore, in order to remove the criminal status from acts associated with the practice of sports, including football, in accordance with Article 60 referred to, it is required that the act occur.
