Counselor Osama Al-Saidi decided in the same context that the technological development in the field of photography using mobile phones had a great impact on capturing and transferring personal photos surreptitiously and without the permission of the owner, and that it became common and widely circulated among people, but publishing these photos on the Internet has become common and available. On all social networking sites and pages, rather, this went beyond the permissibility of these images and superimposing them on other scandalous images, after the spread of many programs that enabled the perpetrator to do so.
In the end, Counselor Osama Al-Saidi emphasized that these crimes have become very numerous and occupy a large percentage in the court rolls, and it has become necessary for legal professionals to pay attention to this type of crime.
