In a significant strategic move aimed at creating a qualitative shift in the field of tensile cladding, Albaddad Capital and Albaddad Saudi Holding announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Tensaform Membran Yapılar Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., a Turkish manufacturer and trader of tensile structures, to implement projects specializing in tensile structures systems in the GCC markets.
This partnership aims to combine the manufacturing and operational strength of Albaddad Capital and Albaddad Saudi Holding with Tensaform’s precise technical and engineering expertise, enhancing the provision of advanced and sustainable architectural solutions in line with the urban boom witnessed in the region.
These solutions include the construction of distinctive structures for sports stadiums, permanent exhibition buildings, and architectural cladding for building facades, according to the highest standards of quality and innovation. The agreement was signed at Albaddad Capital’s headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of leaders from both sides. Representing Albaddad Capital and Albaddad Saudi Holding were: Dr. Fatin bin Hussein Albaddad (Founder, Partner, and Chairman of the Board of Directors); Mr. Zayed Albaddad (Founder, Partner, CEO, and Vice Chairman); Engineer Faisal Albaddad (General Manager); Mr. Ihab Moallem (CEO); Mr. Ahmed Fahmy (CFO); and Mr. Maher Hafez Badawi (Regional Sales Manager). Mr. Mehmet Yilmaz (Owner and General Manager) from the Turkish company Tensaform attended, and both parties expressed their full commitment to the success of this partnership and its positive impact on future projects in the region.
The agreement stipulates that Albaddad Capital will assume responsibility for local manufacturing, client management, and field supervision of implementation, while Tensaform will provide full engineering support, including detailed designs, structural analysis, and innovation in materials and technologies. This step comes as part of Albaddad Capital’s drive to expand its services and strengthen its leadership position in the modular buildings and smart architectural solutions sector. Today, the company is one of the largest players in this sector regionally and globally, with a proven track record of achievements and innovations.
For its part, Tensaform has extensive experience spanning many years in the design and implementation of tensioned cladding systems and has successfully completed numerous projects in Europe and Asia, making it a distinguished strategic partner for projects in the Gulf region.
