Even in open stadiums, cases of violence against an opponent or referee are rare. Otherwise, a deterrent punishment awaits him!
• The problem now is that the influence comes from the media (uncontrolled social media), which tries to influence public opinion without responsibility, and some of the sports street is affected by it, so websites and groups become places for influencing people with an irrational culture, so they take out their anger on the rulers and the house. The ball and they do not come to their senses until (the drunkenness goes away and the idea comes)!
• Therefore, there must be deterrent penalties imposed by the football house to protect it, its referees, and its competitions. Because those who are subjected to (uncontrolled) injury are affected by the influence of their surroundings. The means of communication spread between people like wildfire. Those who frequent it may have connections to administrators or rulers. These people will pass it on to their relatives, and this will have a psychological impact on them!
• We have a disciplinary code that is always subject to amendments; According to what is required by the public interest, it is amended whenever matters arise that require appropriate punishments. In the near future, it must not ignore the effects of (social media), and its renewed punishments must represent enough to rule the mind, and in a way that makes the football environment
It is safe and does not infiltrate any violence. Verbal or physical!
• In any case, clubs are supposed to choose competent administrators who are good at dealing with those sitting on the bench, and who have “charisma” that helps control the “unruly” rhythm. This will reduce any penalties that could affect one of their administrative or technical (financial) bodies.
