The media, Nancy Al-Qadi, a member of the board of directors of the former Ismaili club, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, called for the need to intervene to solve the financial crisis that the club is currently going through.
El-Kady stressed that there is a severe financial crisis that the Ismaili club is suffering from, which led to the deterioration of its results this season, and it led to the competition for the struggle from relegation to the lower division, despite being one of the top clubs in Egypt.
She explained that Ismaili is the third side of Egyptian football after Al-Ahly and Zamalek, in addition to having a huge fan base, whether in Egypt or the Arab world and Africa, stressing her dissatisfaction with what the ancient sports castle has reached.
And the former Ismaili member confirmed that it is necessary for the Ministry of Sports to intervene to end the financial crisis, know its causes and limit the debts that the club suffers from, in addition to providing financial support worthy of Ismaili, before the start of the new season, to return to its normal position.
She concluded her speech by saying that Ismaili does not deserve what he has reached now, so it is necessary to work on resolving the problems that have accumulated on the club for years, in order for the club to restore its long-standing position among the top clubs in Egypt and Africa, and to compete for all the titles in which it participates.
