The Arab Sports Culture Federation, headed by Ashraf Mahmoud, agreed to grant the Kuwait Sports Media Coordinators Association, headed by Manawer Al-Mutairi, membership in the Federation in light of the sports and cultural activities and services provided by the association that contribute to serving sports and culture in Kuwait and the Arab world.
The Chairman of the Sports Media Coordinators Association, Manawer Al-Mutairi, confirmed that the association, since its establishment, has been determined to have a fruitful and effective role in serving Kuwaiti sports and culture, which is clearly evident through the activities it implements or participates in.
Al-Mutairi added that the Arab Sports Culture Federation is known for its various and large activities it provides in Arab countries, so the association was keen to submit a request to obtain membership, which gives it the opportunity to expand its activities and organize distinguished events in cooperation with the federation, which enjoys regional and international support.
The Arab Sports Culture Federation held its annual meeting in the city of Luxor, southern Egypt, where it was approved to join the Sports Media Coordinators Association, thus becoming the sole representative of Kuwait within the federation, which is sponsored by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA).
