• It is important that the evaluation process is not limited to the first teams (men), but must also include the category teams, which are the most important and through which the formation and escalation process takes place, and that the clubs improve the follow-up and monitoring process so that the training process comes within a *practical* strategy and not random, and that consideration is given to Technical supervisors, scientific and educational matters.
• In any case, we are still at the beginning of the football season, and the wave of dismissals and resignations will continue in the Premier and Second Divisions. Even in categories, clubs must not neglect to evaluate the administrative aspects; And the administrators themselves, because sometimes the “destruction of Basra” is on the administrative side, and the administrators are not good at facilitating the task of technicians!
