Let us live together in the corridors of this important issue, and we were motivated by the violent crisis that the sports community witnessed during the past days, due to the escape of Ahmed Baghdouda, the wrestling team player, while the Egyptian team was in Tunisia to participate in the African Championship. This was not the first incident in which many of the players fled Creators in various fields of life, including sports, to work under the umbrella of another country, to escape from the hell of bureaucratic minds.
In the same context and in the case of Bagdouda, instead of studying the real reasons that led to his escape, sports officials and the Wrestling Federation are talking about leniency in administrative procedures and the need to withdraw passports from players so that such an incident does not occur in the future, without these officials feeling that this bureaucratic mentality is The direct reason for the escape of these creators in various fields, including sports, as happened in the Bagdoudeh incident.
In the same context, it has also become necessary to work through a national strategy to evade this abhorrent bureaucracy that dominates and controls most of the administrative sectors in various fields. Bureaucracy, which led to the escape of many creative young minds from the hell of a responsible bureaucracy that only cares about attendance and departure and the number of working hours without awareness of the nature of work, creativity and innovation.
In the end, “it is emphasized that the road to success and creativity always and forever passes through stations of fatigue, failure and despair, so you should not stand at these stations for a long time, because the success that you enjoy today is the result of the price you paid in the past.”
