Let us live in the corridors of the subject of this article, and our motive is to stand in admiration and respect for the historical achievement achieved by the Moroccan national team, which qualified for the quarter-finals in the World Cup 2022 after defeating the Spanish national team. Qatar 2022 and the achievement achieved by the national team of the sister Arab state of Morocco, so the following question arises: Is the Egyptian national team’s failure to reach the World Cup after its undeserved defeat by the Senegalese national team considered a punishment that those in charge of football management in our beloved Egypt should benefit from?
Let us emphasize, from my point of view, that after the achievement of the Moroccan national team, it became clear that our failure to reach the World Cup is tantamount to a punishment that we must take from a positive perspective, which is that our arrival to the World Cup and mere honorable representation would have avoided the haphazard management of football, far from planning and in-depth technical study, which is what The Moroccan national team and those in charge of it took it as a goal in order to achieve the aforementioned achievement for them.
In the same context, it has become necessary to study the Moroccan experience in the field of football management, starting with the selection of a national technical director, and passing through the management of football at the level of national teams.
In the end, “it must always be emphasized that no one has a monopoly on success for himself, as success belongs to those who strive for it.”
