The head of the Jordanian Arab Federation for Sports Press, Muhammad Jamil Abdul-Qader, will arrive in the Kingdom of Bahrain tomorrow afternoon to attend the 12th Arab Media Day event, which the Kingdom will host on the ninth of November.
The guests of the Arab celebration and the honored pioneers and Arab media figures will arrive in Bahrain in the next two days.
The organizing committee of the Arab celebration made a lot of effort to reach the full readiness to receive the media event, especially with the large volume of participation, whether from inside or outside the Kingdom.
The head of the organizing committee, Ali Al-Basha, said that everyone is making efforts to come out in an honorable way to organize the Arab Media Day by intensifying preparations to ensure absolute success and amid the cooperation of various official and civil bodies, stressing that the Kingdom of Bahrain is proud of hosting the pioneers of media work in the Arab countries.
Al-Basha clarified that the Arab Federation for Sports Journalism has taken place throughout its career and in an annual tradition, to hold this celebration, through which a constellation of the finest Arab sports journalists who have provided Arab sports through various media with great services and contributed to placing Arab sports in a distinguished position where the pioneers of sports are honored. Arab sports media in each country whose career was rich in giving at the level of their countries or at the level of the Arab world after being nominated by their responsible sports media institutions in the sister countries.
The head of the organization for the ceremony, Ali Al-Basha, said that the Arab Federation, which includes this holiday in its list of priorities, will award the honorees with the Medal of Arab Sports Media, in addition to the certificate of innocence of the high medal, which is a symbol of appreciation for the giving of creative colleagues in the profession.
Al-Basha stressed that the media celebration carries many eloquent messages through Arab sports media professionals, stressing the importance of sports playing an important role in strengthening and deepening sports media relations at the level of Arab countries in the era of media and communication and information technology that changed many of the concepts and objectives of this media.
