The Italian manufacturer innovated in transforming these two jewels
Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio, to an endless love story between the pilot and the car, you can not leave your place in the cockpit, which is very similar to the cockpit full of unlimited functions and luxuries.
Both models have a new look thanks to the Full-LED Adaptive Matrix headlights and the all-new Trilobo grille, which provides a strong family resemblance to the Tonale.
The company focused on technology and communication technology, which has reached new heights with a completely new digital instrument panel with a unique classic “telescopic” design, which operates Alfa Connect services, which gives you the feeling of a passenger on a first-class flight.
The new NTF system allows instant recording of the car’s diary, which may benefit the owner a lot if he thinks of reselling his cars. It is characterized by the distinctive faint moon color that captures the hearts.
The new Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio offer an uncompromisingly dynamic driving experience, which reflects the perfect balance between Italian design, modern engines, optimal weight distribution and technological solutions. The essence of current and previous Alfa Romeo models comes from this formula that has evolved since the Tonale to a new level of effective and high-performance athletic performance.
Lightness and agility
The sporty, dynamic behavior of the Giulia and Stelvio is underpinned by the extensive use of ultra-lightweight materials such as aluminum for the engine base, and carbon for the shaft, sourced directly from the racing world.
All-wheel drive with Q4 technology
Designed to manage the Stelvio’s traction in an interactive and predictive manner to ensure the highest levels of performance, efficiency and safety.
The Q4 technology guarantees all the advantages of all-wheel drive, and at the same time, it ensures reduced fuel consumption, while increasing responsiveness and reaction to double the driving pleasure of a rear-wheel drive vehicle.
At the heart of the Q4 system is the Active Transfer Case (ATC), which monitors grip conditions and driver inputs in real time
To ensure optimum performance, the Alfa Romeo Q4 system allows the Stelvio to send all the power to the rear wheels. If tire grip approaches maximum traction, or if the driver requests it, it can instantly deliver up to 50 percent of engine torque to the front wheels in less than 150 milliseconds, preventing wheel slip and ensuring maximum vehicle performance and driving efficiency.
Alfa Link
The model has a unique, front-centered, double wishbone suspension with a semi-virtual steering axle – exclusive to Alfa Romeo – to allow quick and precise steering of the model. Connected to the Alfa Romeo’s patented four-and-a-half multi-link suspension, which offers improved control paired with excellent comfort .
The model also comes with Alfa™ Active Suspension, with electronically controlled damping, which adapts to driving conditions instantly by enabling the driver to instantly select the desired acceleration.
Integrated Braking System (IBS)
Known as the electromechanical system that combines stability control and the braking system, which ensures instant response to the brakes, reduces stopping distance, and allows for a significant weight improvement, the direct steering contributes to the superiority of the driving dynamics of the Giulia and Stelvio, with the ZF eight-speed automatic transmission with paddles. Aluminum shift paddles, ensuring unparalleled control over the curves.
For the perfect balance between driving pleasure and assistance systems.
The new Giulia and Stelvio offer a full suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for Level 2 driving independence. This means that the driver can allow the car to control the throttle, brake and steering wheel in certain conditions via electronic systems that require the driver to constantly monitor them. These systems support the driver and provide greater comfort during long journeys.
The company intends to offer the Giulia range with a rear-wheel drive petrol engine of 280 horsepower, while the Stelvio will come with a choice of a four-wheel drive petrol engine of 280 horsepower or a diesel engine of 210 horsepower.
