This American star shone like lightning at the Paris International Motor Show. It is the all-electric new Jeep Avenger model for the first time in the company’s history, for an icon that blended strength and military operation to the extreme after fighting battles in all parts of the world.
The audience was impressed by the performance and specifications of the new Jeep Avenger, which is the first completely zero-emission battery electric vehicle (BEV), where the battery has been perfectly combined with the dimensions of the aerodynamic SUV body, and the dynamic Selec-Terrain® drive system that controls the height of the springs and the chassis according to the nature of the terrain, as well as Hill Descent Control.
The new electric powertrain combines a unique 400-volt electric motor with 115 kW and 260 Nm of torque, also new 54 kWh battery.
The average range of the new model is up to 400 km, and in the WLTP cycle, it has a range of 550 km on a single charge.
The American manufacturer is seeking to aggressively introduce the new Avenger to the European market, as Jeep scheduled to launch four more fully electric models in Europe by 2025.
So the company aspires to become the leading brand of electric SUVs in the world.
